In January 2008 the new “maxit academy” began operating as a forum and centre of competence for knowledge transfer to customers.
The “maxit academy” serves all the operating areas of the maxit Group. In addition to specialist application training, new topic areas like project handling, trade marketing and operational management, are also offered.
The academy provides comprehensive expertise corresponding to the respective target group and tailored to customers’ requirements within walls, exteriors, floors, sealing of buildings, tile laying and management.
The “maxit academy” comprises new product knowledge, application-based skills, coherent system solutions and targeted marketing campaign programmes. The intention is for participants, based on their new skills profile, to achieve a competitive edge. The training sessions are taken by experts with sound technical backgrounds and well-known trainers.
The “maxit academy” will hold most of its events in the Merdingen and Datteln Training Centres, but also offers training directly on site. The first seminar took place in Merdingen directed at professional trade customers.
