Mr. Stephan Führling has been appointed new country manager of maxit Group's activities and managing director of maxit Deutschland GmbH.

Stephan Führling comes from a position as CEO of Eternit AG in Germany, a company he has been employed within since 1995. Eternit is providing roofing material and boards for functional and decorative finishing, and is a subsidiary of the Etex Group.

Stephan Führling will take up his new position on 1May 2006 at the latest and will in his position report directly to the CEO of maxit Group. He succeeds Boudewijn van den Brink, who has held the position temporarily since January this year.

Boudewijn van den Brink will continue as SVP Region Central in maxit Group.

Herr Stephan Führling ist zum neuen country manager der maxit Group für die Aktivitäten in Deutschland und gleichzeitig zum Geschäftsführer der maxit Deutschland GmbH berufen worden.

Stephan Führling war zuletzt Vorstand der Eternit AG in Deutschland, für die er seit 1995 tätig war. Eternit liefert Dach- und Fassadensysteme und ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Etex Group.

Stephan Führling wird seine neue Position bis zum 1. Mai antreten und berichtet direkt an den Vorsiztenden der maxit Group AB. Er folgt auf Boudewijn van den Brink, der die Geschäftsführerposition der maxit Deutschland GmbH seit Januar dieses Jahres kommissarisch übernommen hatte.

Boudewijn van den Brink setzt seine Tätigkeit als Leiter der Region "Central" innerhalb der maxit Group fort.
