The merger between Deitermann GmbH and maxit Deutschland GmbH was completed by the start of the New Year. As a result, Deitermann GmbH has ceased to exist as an independent legal entity, and has been incorporated into maxit Deutschland GmbH.

As a full-service supplier, maxit will in future be offering customers throughout Germany a complete range of flooring, wall and facade products for new buildings and for extension, renovation and modernization projects, including the supply of construction chemicals.
